Returns & Exchanges

At Beerwulf, we want you to enjoy every sip, but if you change your mind, you can return your unopened beer cases or unused appliances within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for quality and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Beerwulf account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return request.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unopened items back into their original shipping box, ensuring the beer is secure and the package is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
